Michael Weatherly has signed a new two-year deal to stay on NCIS, Deadline.com reports.

Weatherly's agreement, which also includes an overall development deal with CBS Studios, ensures that the entire cast of NCIS will return for Season 12.

"I am thrilled for the opportunity to continue playing Very Special Agent Tony DiNozzo on NCIS for Seasons 12 and 13," Weatherly said in a statement. "Leslie [Moonves], Nina [Tassler] and David [Stapf] have been incredibly supportive of my growth over the last decade and I couldn't be more excited about working with them on the production side. My new company, Solar Drive Productions, will have fancy letterhead and nice furniture."

Weatherly joins fellow series stars Sean Murray (Timothy), Pauley Perrette (Abby), David McCallum (Ducky), and Rocky Carroll (Leon) in signing new deals that will extend through Season 13 of the long-running procedural. Their castmates Mark Harmon (Gibbs), Brian Dietzen (Jimmy), and Emily Wickersham (Ellie) were already signed on for the show's upcoming 12th season. NCIS was renewed in March.

The news comes less than a year after longtime cast member Cote de Pablo abruptly decided to leave TV's most-watched drama last summer. Her character, Ziva, was written off in the Oct. 1 episode and she was subsequently replaced by Wickersham, who joined the series this season.

NCIS airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on CBS. Watch the season finale here.
