Michael Lohan Arrested on Domestic Violence Charges

Michael Lohan was arrested on three felony charges after being accused of domestic violence against a woman, People reports.

Lohan, 50, was booked Monday night in West Hollywood, Calif., for inflicting corporal injury on a cohabitant, false imprisonment and preventing a report of victimization. His bail has been set at $200,000.

Although Lohan was recently cast on VH1's Celebrity Rehab, Lt. Ratto told the magazine, "He showed no signs of intoxication that I'm aware of and has been cooperative." He did, however, complain about a medical condition and was brought to a Los Angeles hospital. The victim, who was not identified, declined medical treatment.

Lohan's daughter, Lindsay, has been the topic of recent headlines after she allegedly stole a $2,500 necklace. She's on probation from her 2007 drunken driving case and was sent to jail twice last year for violating probation.
