"I treat everybody the same," Schwartz said. "I don't care that you're Lindsay Lohan. What I look at is, 'What are the charges?'" The details of the plea deal were not immediately released, but Schwartz said he didn't think Lohan would take prosecutor Danette Meyers' offer. Lohan pleaded not guilty two weeks ago.Lohan and her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, have until March 10 to decide what to do. If she does not accept a plea deal, the case will go to a preliminary hearing during which prosecutors will present their evidence. The charge stems from an allegation that Lohan, 24, stole the pricey necklace from a Venice, Calif., store on Jan. 22, nearly three weeks after she was released from court-ordered rehab.
