Michael Jackson will be among the recipients of a lifetime achievement award at the 2010 Grammys, the Recording Academy announced Thursday.

Besides Jackson — who died June 25 at 50 —  Bobby Darin, Leonard Cohen, Loretta Lynn and André Previn also are among the lifetime honorees.

Music-filled show unveils Grammy nominations

"This year's honorees are a prestigious group of diverse and prominent creators who have contributed some of the most distinguished and influential recordings," said Recording Academy President Neil Portnow.

The Grammys will air Sunday, Jan. 31, at 8/7c on CBS.
