Summer TV Preview: Where we left off with recurring shows
Here's what we know about the upcoming season: It picks up 10 days after the end of Season 6, with Jax in jail on a parole violation and looking to avenge the death of his wife Tara (Maggie Siff). While he's incarcerated, he teams up with Manson's character, Ron Tully, who runs the show in prison.
Manson has previously guest-starred on Once Upon a Time and Eastbound & Down. He won't be the only rocker to visit Charming this season: Courtney Love has also signed on for a recurring role as the teacher of Jax's son Abel.
Sons of Anarchy kicks off Season 7 with a one-hour-45-minute episode onTuesday, Sept. 9 at 10/9c on FX.
