A head-scratching mystery awaits you in NBC's exciting new drama Manifest, and TV Guide has your first look! The story follows the passengers of Montego Air Flight 828 who suddenly reappear after mysteriously vanishing for five years. While the world presumed them dead, virtually no time has passed for the confused passengers who must readjust to a world that has moved on without them. After returning, they quickly realize that they might be meant for something greater.

Dallas stars as Ben Stone, a by-the-book father desperately searching for a cure for his son's rare pediatric cancer. Valor's Melissa Roxburgh plays his wild card sister Michaela. Both siblings embark on a mission to figure out what happened to them and why they're suddenly hearing voices in their head. And while the mystery shares some similarities to J.J. Abrams' mega-hit Lost, Manifest is a totally different beast.

"It gets into a very searing emotional drama," Dallas previously explained to TV Guide. Added Roxburgh, "It's also the balance of this mystery but also the characters. They're intertwining and so if you miss something, you're not missing the show."

So unlike Lost, which focused on the mystery surrounding the plane crash, this one is all about family drama. The series also stars J.R. Ramirez, Athena Karkanis, Parveen Kaur and Luna Blaise.
