Madonna Will Join Miley Cyrus for MTV Unplugged

Two generations of provocateurs will team up this week, when Madonna is scheduled to join Miley Cyrus on the latter's MTV Unplugged special, E! Onlinereports.

There's no word on what the two will sing together, but the special will be taped today and will air on MTV Wednesday night. Madonna made headlines earlier this week when she performed with Macklemore and Ryan Lewis at the Grammy Awards.

"The salacious singer [Cyrus] will peel the electricity from her party anthems and turn them into stripped-down jams," according to MTV, which has teased "surprise guests" in its promotion of the special.
