Lucy Lawless to Woo Ron on Parks and Recreation

Ron may finally meet his match!

Lucy Lawless has landed a multi-episode arc on Parks and Recreation, TVGuide.com has confirmed.

The Battlestar Galacticaand Spartacusalum will portray a single mom named — no, not Tammy — Diane, who has a small problem in her neighborhood. When Ron (Nick Offerman) and Andy (Chris Pratt) are dispatched to help her, Andy notices there might be some chemistry between her and Ron.

Lawless, also well-known for her titular role in Xena: Warrior Princess, will appear in at least two episodes, beginning Thursday, Oct. 4.

Parks and Recreation returns Thursday, Sept. 20 at 9:30/8:30c on NBC.
