Bruce Jenner is still fair game on Saturday Night Live.

"Nothing is really off limits if we have a take on it that I think is original and funny," creator Lorne Michaels told Entertainment Tonight at a Wednesday screening of the new SNL documentary Live from New York.

Bruce Jenner on 20/20: "My whole life has been getting me ready for this"

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians patriarch and former Olympic athlete has been the butt of a number of unfunny jokes since he began apparently transitioning from a man to a woman. Cracks made at Jenner's expense at the Justin Bieber roast and the iHeartRadio Music Awards generated criticism for their insensitivity to his personal journey.

Jenner will be discussing the rumors about his transition with Diane Sawyer on 20/20 on Friday, April 24 at 9/8c on ABC. A recent promo showed him saying, "my whole life has been getting me ready for this," presumably referring to the transitioning process.

Do you think there's a fresh way to joke about Jenner?
