Lohan Sued for Allegedly Swiping Shutterbug with Car
Lindsay Lohan and her mother Dina are being sued by a photographer who was allegedly struck by a car driven by Lindsay (and owned by Mom) in New York on March 13, Access Hollywood reports. Per court papers, Giovanni Arnold claims he "sustained severe and permanent personal injuries" due to LL being "negligent, careless and reckless" with her career the vehicle, and is seeking a monetary settlement which reportedly "exceeds the jurisdictional limits of all lower courts which would otherwise have jurisdiction."During a Wednesday Late Show stop-by, Lindsay alluded to the event, saying, "The guy completely faked it" — words I have to think she has never uttered before.
