The film took its name from the title of the first book in Connelly's Haller series; there are four novels in total, the most recent of which was published in April. Haller is the half-brother of Connelly's most well-known character, Detective Hieronymus "Harry" Bosch.Should The Lincoln Lawyer go to series, Connelly ought to feel right at home at ABC. He occasionally drops by Castle as himself — a guest at Castle's mystery writers poker nights.
