On Monday, FX announced a premiere date for X-Men-adjacent superhero drama Legion, and released a new trailer for the highly-anticipated series.

Legion will premiere Wednesday, Feb. 8 at 10/9c.

The series, which comes from Fargo mastermind Noah Hawley and Marvel TV, tells the story of David Haller (Downton Abbey's Dan Stevens), who was diagnosed as schizophrenic but is actually a mutant with many different very real identities inside of him -- hence the Biblical reference of the title. It co-stars Parks and Rec's Aubrey Plaza, The League's Katie Aselton and Fargo's Jean Smart and Rachel Keller, the latter of whom plays Syd, a fellow psych patient who brings something out in David.

The series is set in the X-Men universe, but isn't exactly an X-Men story -- or at least won't be at first. Exactly what that means will start to be revealed on Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2017 at 10/9c on FX.
