As Lloyd on Entourage, Rex Lee is known for being the common target of Ari Gold's nasty verbal tirades. Unfortunately, it looks like Lee is also the butt of jokes off-camera.

Lee admits there are "occasionally" jokes aimed at his sexuality and ethnicity behind-the-scenes on the HBO comedy. "I try not to let it bother me," the actor, 40, told TMZ.

Lee says the remarks originate from members of the crew. When asked why he didn't have the guilty parties fired, Lee said, "that's not the way I work."

Entourage creator Doug Ellin told TMZ he was "shocked and horrified" to learn of the behind-the-scenes humor and said the situation will be dealt with swiftly. "[I] will be speaking to everybody before we start filming again in March," Ellin said. "It's not something condoned or acceptable."

Reps for Ellin and Lee could not be reached for further comment.
