Laverne Cox Channels Beyonce and Nicki Minaj for Flawless Lip Sync Battle

The Lip Sync Battle stage turned into Litchfield this week, when Orange Is the New Black stars Laverne Cox and Samira Wiley threw down in an epic, anything-goes lip sync extravaganza.

Wiley opted to go old school, nailing performances of Toni Braxton's "Unbreak My Heart" and Naughty By Nature's "O.P.P." (complete with a cameo from the rap group themselves). Cox, on the other hand, channeled her modern day icons, giving us already classic performances of Destiny's Child's "Lose My Breath" and Nicki Minaj's "Roman Revenge."

But while Wiley seemed to be having fun on stage, Cox was not playing around. She was there to werk! The second she hit the stage, Cox stopped being an actress playing at being a pop diva. She just was.

However, like many great artists, Cox's brilliance is not appreciated in her own time and it was Wiley who walked away with the championship belt. But she'll always be the winner in our hearts.
