Could Mike Baxter (Tim Allen) be losing Outdoor Man?

It sure seems that way if this exclusive clip of Friday's Last Man Standing is to be believed. As you'll see from the tease, Mike and Ed (Hector Elizondo) find that the sporting goods store is under the threat of corporate takeover and apparently the suits are making a sweet -- or at least menacing -- pitch. From the looks of things, Mike and Ed are of two entirely different minds about which way they should go, with Ed way more enthusiastic about a changing of the guard than he is knowledgable about exactly what that's going to mean.

Elsewhere in the episode, Vanessa (Nancy Travis) is elated when she thinks Mandy (Molly McCook) and Kyle (Christoph Sanders) are trying to have a baby, and Jay Leno returns in his guest role as Joe.
