Break out your best flannel!

Richard Karn, who played Tim the Tool Man's right-hand man, Al, on Home Improvement, is reuniting with Tim Allen on his ABC sitcom Last Man Standing, TVLine reports.

Karn, 56, will play Bill, a gruff good old boy (sound familiar?) who is the Outdoor Man's original architect. When he learns he may be losing the account to a young, gorgeous woman, he automatically assumes it's due to his competition's good looks.

What TV shows should reunite?

The episode is slated to air early next year. Karn is the first of Allen's former Home Improvement co-stars to stop by his new show. However, the cast reunited last year for Entertainment Weekly's reunions issue.

ABC recently ordered five more episodes of Last Man Standing, bringing its sophomore season to 18 episodes.

Last Man Standing airs Fridays at 8/7c on ABC.

Which Home Improvement cast member should stop by Allen's new digs next? JTT, perhaps?
