Kourtney Kardashian Hit with Paternity Suit

A male model has filed a paternity suit claiming to be the father of Kourtney Kardashian's 3-year-old son Mason, TMZ reports.
Michael Girgenti claims he had a three month texting relationship with Kardashian after meeting on a photo shoot in August 2008. According to the documents, Kardashian reached out to Girgenti in March 2009, saying she and boyfriend Scott Disick were "on the outs" and "she wanted to hang."

Girgenti describes an alleged encounter in Glendale, Calif. where they had "unprotected vaginal sex," according to legal documents obtained by TMZ. When Kardashian gave birth to Mason nine months later, Girgenti says he noticed a resemblance and reached out to Kardashian, who ignored him. In the request Girgenti filedThursday, he requests joint custody and asks the judge to order DNA tests for Kardashian, Disick, Mason and himself.Kardashian's lawyer sent a letter to Girgenti, saying his allegations are "false and defamatory." A hearing is set for next month.
