The MLB player proposed in October at Perry's parents' house in Greenville. Arencibia popped the question under a large oak tree in the backyard.
"He's just a really gentle soul. He balances me for sure," Perry said after the engagement.
The pair met backstage at a meet-and-greet for the band in 2012.
