Kim Zolciak Is Expecting Twins

Zolciak and her husband, NFL player Kroy Biermann, are expecting twins, the reality star tells E! Online. "I'm having twins and I couldn't be more excited. I was completely shocked. I had no idea," she told E!. "It was a natural conception, but twins do run in the family, so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised."
The babies will be the fifth and sixth children for Zolciak. "It's going to be very busy but it's a dream come true," she told E!.
Zolciak and Biermann have two sons together — Kroy Jr., 2, and Kash, 1. Zolciak also hastwo daughters — Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 12 — from previous relationships.
