Kim Fields Announces Pregnancy, Baby Name

Facts of Life star Kim Fields shared two big announcements during a taping of an upcoming episode of The Real — not only is she pregnant, but she's already decided on a name!
"I've been in the lab working on a few different things, both personally and professionally, and one of the projects that I've been working on is a co-production with my husband Christopher [Morgan] and ta-da!" Fields said, exposing her baby bump.

"This is Quincy Xavier," she continued. "He's a boy, yes." Fields and Morgan are already parents to Sebastian, 6. The actress revealed she was thrilled when she learned the baby news, after previously suffering two miscarriages. "We've very, very blessed," she said. "It was planned. We actually had been trying for a couple of years."
Fields, 44, said she was so blindsided by the pregnancy, that she assumed at first she was getting menopausal or had caught some illness. "Our son got sick with a stomach virus and I caught it. Chris said, 'No, babe, you're a little sicker than Sebastian. You need to go and get that checked out' and I said, 'OK.' So I went and they tested me and they said, 'Oh, honey, you're not dehydrated. You're two months pregnant.'"
