Discussions between Kardashian and the network, which also airs Keeping Up with the Kardashians, are underway, and co-host Giuliana Rancic has voiced her support for Kardashian to join the show, Peoplereports.

Kardashian has often acted as a correspondent for E!'s red carpet coverage of award shows, including the Oscars last month.
Osbourne abruptly left the show last week after taking offense at a comment Rancic had made about Osbourne's friend Zendaya.
Fashion Police is set to return on Monday, March 30 at 9/8c on E!
