Khloe Kardasahian: Lamar Odom "Is a Very Depressed Person"

Khloe Kardashian has yet to speak out publicly about her husband, Lamar Odom, and his recent troubles, but she did come clean to the cameras on Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

In Sunday's episode, according to People, Kardashian tells the camera that Odom "is a very depressed person."

"There's a lot of emotional issues I think Lamar has," she says after a scene in which Odom calls Kardashian's cell phone repeatedly. "I do want to help or cater to Lamar. But there's also so much somebody can take."

The episode, believed to have been filmed around August, was an emotional one for Kardashian on several fronts, as she also dealt with her ongoing fertility issues. "I do love Lamar with every ounce of who I am," she says. "But it's really scary when someone's in such a deep low. ... You know they're kind of relying on you to get them out and you're trying and nothing's working."

Following Odom's August DUI arrest and his subsequent exit from rehab after less than 24 hours, it is unclear where the couple stands. However, Kardashian removed "Odom" from her social media accounts last week.
