Hank Randall Baskett IV was delivered via C-section at Friday morning in Indiana, where Baskett is a wide receiver for the Indianapolis Colts, according to People. He weighed in at 9 lbs., 5 oz. and measured 22 inches.
The former Girls Next Door Starand Playboy Playmate announced her pregnancy in June. Wilkinson, 24, and Baskett, 27, married weeks later at the Playboy mansion.
