Rutherford, 40, recently announced that she is pregnant with her and Giersch's second child, which is due in June. Their son, Hermes, is 2 years old.
Rutherford, who plays serial divorcée Lily van der Woodsen on Gossip Girl, ended her first marriage to Carlos Tarajano in 2001 after just five months.
