Kelly Clarkson and Husband Expecting First Child Together

Kelly Clarkson and husband Brandon Blackstock are expecting their first child together, the singer announced on Twitter Tuesday.

"I'm pregnant!!! Brandon and I are so excited! Best early Christmas present ever," the "Since U Been Gone" singer wrote.

The news comes less than a month after the former American Idol winner and Blackstock tied the knot. The former American Idol winner announced their engagement last December. Blackstock has two children from a previous marriage.
