There's no word on when the show will resume

E! has decided to halt the production of its flagship reality series Keeping Up With the Kardashians following star Kim Kardashian's robbery in Paris earlier this week, TVGuide.com has confirmed.

Kardashian was tied up and robbed at gunpoint by five people posing as police officers in the early hours of Oct. 3. The criminals, who are still at large, broke into Kim's Paris hotel room, bound and gagged her in a bathtub, and made off with nearly $11 million in jewelry, including Kim's $4 million engagement ring which she featured heavily on social media.

"Kim's well-being is our core focus right now. No decision has been made as to when production will resume," an E! spokesperson told TVGuide.com.

The incident has also had an impact on Kim's husband Kanye West's tour, as the music mogul has had to reschedule several stops on his tour to be with his wife. West was performing at the Meadows Festival in Queens, NY when he found out Kim was robbed, and immediately halted the show.

Keeping Up With the Kardashians was expected to return for its twelfth season on Sunday, Oct. 23. E! has not announced whether the premiere would be delayed or not.
