Katie Couric Marries John Molner

Katie Couric and financier John Molner got married Saturday in a small ceremony in East Hampton, New York, People reports.

The ceremony took place in Couric's backyard with about 50 guests in attendance, according to People. Couric's daughters with her late husband Jay Monahan did readings and performed a song for the couple, and Molner's two children also did readings.

Couric, 57, posted a newlyweds picture on Twitter Saturday, with the caption, "So excited to make my debut as Mrs. John Molner!"

The couple announced their engagement in September after dating for two years.
