Kanye West to Appear on Kris Jenner's Talk Show for Rare Interview

Kanye West just scored some major brownie points with his girlfriend Kim Kardashian.

The rapper, 36, sat down Monday for a rare interview with Kardashian's mom, Kris Jenner, for her daytime talk show, Kris, Entertainment Weekly reports.

West will open up to Jenner about his new daughter, North, falling in love with Kardashian and dealing with the press. He will also address President Obama's recent comments about him and Kardashian that Jenner also took issue with. "There was not that window into the lifestyles of the rich and famous," the president said last month. "Kids weren't monitoring every day what Kim Kardashian was wearing, or where Kanye West was going on vacation, and thinking that somehow that was the mark of success."

West's hour-long interview will air sometime this week. Kris airs on select Fox stations in cities such as Los Angeles and New York.
