Jon Gosselin: "I'm Single — Per Se"

Though he's been spotted with two new blonds on his arm in the past two weeks, Jon Gosselin says there's no new love in his life at the moment.
"At this point ... I'm single — per se," he told People. "I'm just a regular guy who just wants to have friendship and good times."

Gosselin, who spent this past weekend in the Hamptons with no lady in tow, said both 22-year-old Hailey Glassman (with whom he traveled to St. Tropez) and former Star reporter Kate Major are just friends.Glassman, the daughter of estranged wife Kate's plastic surgeon, "doesn't like this [craziness]," he said. "She loves me for who I am and not for what I do. We are going to chill out for a while and see where it takes us."But speaking to his overall dating plans, he said, "I'm not looking for anyone."Part of the reason for that is because the father of eight says he doesn't want to bring anyone new into his children's lives. "We just have to play it by ear," he said. "I don't know what it's like to be divorced."

Gosselin's children will remain his top priority, the new bachelor says, as he gears up for Jon & Kate Plus 8's Aug. 3 return to TLC. "I'm just trying to concentrate on my family first, second my career. That's what I have to do."
