Jon Gosselin is seeking full custody of his 11-year-old daughter, Hannah, according to Us Weekly -- but not any of her seven siblings.

Gosselin's ex-wife Kate Gosselin has had primary custody of their eight children since the former Jon & Kate Plus 8stars divorced six years ago. His attorney Kristen Doleva confirmed the custody filing to E!, but would not comment on the situation further. "Jon's priority is what is best for the kids," she told the site.

However, a source told E! that Gosselin is seeking custody of just Hannah because she is unhappy living with her mother, adding that Gosselin is not in a position to take all eight kids yet.

Gosselin has had a rough go of it since the pair's divorce: As of last fall, the aspiring DJ was single, struggling financially, and had been recently evicted from his home.
