John Stamos has checked himself into rehab, People reports.
The 51-year-old actor entered into a residential program for the treatment of substance abuse, following the incident last month in which he was briefly hospitalized for an unknown medical condition after being charged with a DUI. Stamos is currently scheduled to appear at the LAX courthouse on Sept. 11.
There is no word yet on how the new situation might affect his upcoming Fox comedy Grandfathered and Netflix Full House revival, Fuller House.
