NBC Orders Comedy Pilots From Chelsea Handler, Whitney CummingsNBC ordered four new comedy pilots Wednesday, including projects from Chelsea Handler and Whitney Cummings. Are You There, Vodka? It's Me, Chelsea is based on Handler's best-selling book of the same name.
