In 2011, three women accused Francis of refusing to let them leave his Hollywood home. One woman claimed Francis had attacked her, grabbing her by the throat and hair and slamming her head into his tile floor multiple times.Francis maintains his innocence, releasing the following statement to E! News: "I have done NOTHING wrong! This is a total joke! It did not happen and that mentally challenged jury should be put in jail!"Francis faces up to five years in jail. A sentencing hearing is set for Wednesday.
