The Best Friends Forever alum and husband Dan O'Brien welcomed daughter Isobel Kelly O'Brien on Tuesday, Oct. 1. Born in Santa Monica, Calif., Isobel weighed in at 9 pounds and 9 ounces. "Everyone is healthy, happy and doing great," her rep told the magazine.

St. Clair will next be seen alongside her BFF co-star Lennon Parham in USA's new comedy Playing House, which will debut sometime next year.
