"There were times I didn't care if I died," he told People. "I felt like I was losing everything."

The 37-year-old is currently finalizing a divorce from actress Melissa Cunningham, who he married in 2006. They have a 3-year-old son Lyrik. London went to rehab for drugs in Sept. 2009 and currently has twice-weekly visitations with his son.

London added that his rise to fame in the '90s contributed to drug abuse. "I was treated like royalty," he said. "It was hard for my brain to accept."

"I'm learning it's much easier to deal with life with a clear head," he says. "There are so many things I wish I could have done differently."
