The Glee actress, 28, announced the breakup while signing autographs atThe Normal heart premiere in Beverly Hills on May 19. "No, we're not together anymore," Ushkowitz said, when asked by a videographer if she was still with the 29-year-old Vampire Diaries star.

The videographer apologized, but Ushkowitz said, "That's OK. No worries," and explained that she's still on good terms with him. "We're wonderful," she insisted.
