Jane Seymour and James Keach to Divorce

Jane Seymour and her husband James Keach have parted ways,Peoplereports.

"[The couple] confirm that they are separated and have been for several months," the actress' rep told the magazine. "At this time they are negotiating the terms of their divorce."

Seymour and Keach, an actor and director, have been married since 1993 and have twin 17-year-old sons.

"They will continue their relationship as devoted parents to their children, as business associates and partners, and in their joint dedication to preserving and furthering the charitable endeavors that they've worked on throughout their marriage," the statement continued,

This was the fourth marriage for Seymour and the third for Keach.
