Blaine (David Anders) has come a long way on iZombie since being the Big Bad of Season 1, but this season will see the villain-turned-love interest-turned-lovable-scumbag return to his roots in a major way.

When fallout from Blaine's dark past resurfaces this season, the charming antagonist will once again find himself in Liv's (Rose McIver) crosshairs and working against our heroes in a way we haven't seen in years.

This is bad news for Blaine and Peyton (Aly Michalka) shippers. But fortunately, at least, this bad blood Blaine is brewing between himself and our heroes doesn't stop them from living it up at his bar The Scratching Post -- a situation that makes for some truly memorable dance sequences in coming episodes.

We should enjoy these moments when we can, because who knows how long before Blaine crosses a line that he truly can't turn back from.

iZombie airs Mondays at 9/8c on The CW.
