How to Watch PGA Tour: Charles Schwab Challenge Live Without Cable on May 26

Live from Colonial Country Club, the 2022 Charles Schwab Challenge tees off this week.

Raymond McCain

The PGA Tour returns to Fort Worth, Texas for the 2022 Charles Schwab Challenge. The invitation-only event will feature Justin Thomas, Jordan Spieth, Collin Morikawa, Scottie Scheffler, Abraham Ancer, Viktor Hovland, Tony Finau, and Billy Horschel, who are among the 120 players competing at the event. The purse for the four-day tournament is $8.4 million, with $1.512 million going to the winner.

Originally known as the Colonial National Invitation, the event was first held in 1946. As an invitation-only event, the field is smaller than most tournaments and players have to meet strict criteria to qualify. 2021 winner Jason Kokrak is returning and attempting to become the first back-to-back winner since Ben Hogan in 1953 and 1954 and the first two-time winner since Zach Johnson in 2012.
