Nickelodeon Renews House of Anubis For Second Season

Nickelodeon's soap series House of Anubis has been renewed for a second season, the network confirms. Airing in both the United States and the United Kingdom, House of Anubis follows eight students at an English boarding school who have to solve mysteries, including that of a missing classmate. Season 2 will focus on the group looking for a powerful and long-forgotten treasure.

Nickelodeon's soap series House of Anubis has been renewed for a second season, the network confirms.

Airing in both the United States and the United Kingdom, House of Anubis follows eight students at an English boarding school who have to solve mysteries, including that of a missing classmate. Season 2 will focus on the group looking for a powerful and long-forgotten treasure.

Nickelodeon's order, as first reported by Entertainment Weekly, is for 45 half-hour episodes, which will begin filming next month in Liverpool, England. The new season is slated to premiere in 2012.
