The actress would play Tierney's vacated role of Sarah, one of the four siblings at the center of the dysfunctional family series based on the 1989 Ron Howard film. Parenthood also stars Peter Krause, Erika Christensen, Dax Shepard and Craig T. Nelson.Tierney dropped out of the show last week to focus on her breast cancer treatments.
