HBO Unveils the First Posters for True Detective Season 2

HBO has unveiled the first posters for True DetectiveSeason 2, offering an ominous, bird's-eye preview of the California-set season.

While the posters, like the first teaser, don't do much in the way of explaining what's to come, we do know that True Detective's second season will follow a murder investigation in California that brings together three law enforcement officers - Detective Ray Velcoro (Colin Farrell), Sheriff's Detective Ani Bezzerides (Rachel McAdams) and war vet-turned-motorcycle cop Paul Woodrugh (Taylor Kitsch) - with career criminal Frank Semyon (Vince Vaughn).
