Bach, 46, was sentenced to 30 days for a DUI charge she received last November. However, because Bach was already on probation from a DUI arrest in March of 2009 when she was pulled over, she was sentenced to an additional 60 days behind bars.
"She made a mistake. She wants her fans to know she's a changed person," Bach's rep said in a statement. "She will turn herself in, she just wants the public to know she has done everything she was asked to do." Bach also tweeted that her family is "doing great."
Bach plans to surrender and begin serving her sentence on May 3, according to TMZ.
Bach and Hasselhoff divorced in 2006 after 16 years of marriage. The couple has two daughters together, 19-year-old Taylor and 17-year-old Hayley.
Calls to the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office were not immediately returned.
