Gwyneth Paltrow has given fans a look into her daily routine in her latest Goop.com lifestyle newsletter — but the Oscar-winnng millionairess' advice about juggling a career and family has received its share of criticism for being a little tone-deaf to her audience. After all, most working moms don't have things like "fittings for the Country Music Association awards" and "radio interviews" on their to-do list.

Paltrow recounted a "manic day" after a reader asked how she can find "a good balance between having a career and being a mom." She then asked two friends, venture capitalist Juliet de Baubigny and fashion designer Stella McCartney, to do the same. All three offered advice for making it work.

In addition to more practical tips about preparing a healthy breakfast and kids' school parties, the ladies also recommended things like a personal trainer, acupuncture sessions, a weekly blowout from a hairstylist and an expert makeup lesson.
