Grey's Anatomy heartthrob Patrick Dempsey and wife Jillian Fink are splitting. Fink has filed for divorce after 15 years of marriage, TMZ reports.
The couple released a statement: "It is with careful consideration and mutual respect that we have decided to end our marriage. Our primary concern remains the well-being of our children, and we ask with profound gratitude that you respect our family's privacy at this very sensitive time."

Fink cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for wanting to divorce, and is asking for joint custody of their three kids, 12-year-old daughter Tallulah Fyfe, and 7-year-old twins Sullivan Patrick and Darby Galen. Fink is also seeking spousal and child support.
The couple does not have a prenuptial agreement.
This is Dempsey's second marriage. He was previously married to Rocky Parker from 1987 to 1994.
