This week's Grey's Anatomy will see Amelia (Caterina Scorsone), Koracick (Greg Germann) and DeLuca (Giacomo Gianniotti) attempt a groundbreaking surgery that could potentially save a patient's life and etch their names in the history books. While the high-risk procedure brings an added excitement to the OR, not everyone is feeling confident about the major surgery.

"This is so cool! We're at the edge of the cutting-edge!" DeLuca exclaims in this exclusive sneak peek.

Amelia, on the other hand, isn't so sure that everything will go as planned. "Hopefully, we don't melt Noah's brain stem," she says.

Visibly nervous, the head neurosurgeon then tries to psych herself up with a small pep talk that wasn't as effective as she had hoped. Noticing Amelia's anxious energy, DeLuca finds the perfect confidence builder to quell his co-worker's shaky nerves: the Wonder Woman power pose. Placing his shoulders back and hands firmly on his hips, DeLuca inspires Amelia to follow suit. The iconic pose actually works and Amelia finally seems ready to take on the risky procedure. Even Koracick recognizes the power of the pose!
