The series stars Ben McKenzie as Det. Gordon, David Mazouz as a young Bruce Wayne and Robin Lord Taylor as The Penguin.

While Fox didn't announce an episode order for Gotham's final season, they did tease that the final season will focus on Bruce Wayne's transformation into the caped crusader.

Fox already canceled its other Monday night DC drama, Lucifer. The network also gave the ax to The Mick, The Last Man on Earth, The Exorcist and Brooklyn Nine-Nine, which was saved by NBC.
