Holy Season 2, Batman!
Gotham swings back into action Monday (8/7c, Fox) and things are about to get even more deliciously dangerous. Dubbed "The Rise of the Villains," Season 2 sees Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) losing even more control of Gotham as it becomes overrun by billionaire Theo Galavan (James Frain), who helps a band of mad men -- including Cameron Monaghan's Joker-like Jerome -- send the city into utter chaos. Plus: Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor) is the kingpin, Edward Nygma (Cory Michael Smith) is slipping closer to his Riddler persona and Barbara (Erin Richards) is setting up a deadly love triangle between herself, Gordon and Leslie Thompkins (Morena Baccarin).
Fortunately, help is on the way, both in the form of new GCPD Captain Nathaniel Barnes (Michael Chiklis) and a newly inspired Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) who may have just found what will become the Batcave! For more of what to expect this year, check out all the links below:
