Kate Gosselin's eight children are cleared to appear on her upcoming specials.
A TLC rep confirmed that the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry has OK'd Gosselin's twins and sextuplets to be on a series of Kate Plus 8 specials.
Pennsylvania authorities will not prosecute Jon & Kate producers
Producers have obtained child-labor permits, which are good for six months and then must be renewed, Troy Thompson, a spokesman for the state department, told The Associated Press.
Earlier this month, state regulators determined that child-labor permits should have been obtained for the Gosselin family's previous show Jon & Kate Plus 8.
No legal action was taken, but producers agreed to apply for the necessary permits to the state for future tapings involving the children.
