Set It Up's Glen Powell and Zoey Deutch Reteam for Another Netflix Rom-Com
This is just the first step in securing Glen and Zoey in every Netflix rom-com
We might be on the brink of getting our very own Set It UpCinematic Universe; Netflix has just ordered a brand new rom-com starring the adorable duo of Glen Powell and Zoey Deutch. The two actors are reteaming for another movie at the streaming service -- which is not a Set It Up sequel -- that will pair the two of them together, with electric chemistry guaranteed.
While it's a shame there is no Set It Up 2 on the horizon, at least Netflix is taking the necessary steps to make sure that Powell and Deutch continue to star in every rom-com together, as it should be. When asked why a straight sequel isn't the path to go for the movie, Netflix's See What's Next twitter revealed that producer Justin Nappi is "excited by the thought of creating a new, distinct film that explores different romantic comedy tropes while still being anchored in everything that we loved about the first movie."

The new project, titled Most Dangerous Game, comes from Set It Up writer Katie Silberman. Unfortunately, plot details are being kept under wraps, so let's just go ahead and speculate that the movie will once again put Powell in impressive suits, and Deutch will be able to fully flex her physical comedy chops. Both are also set to produce the movie, eying a start date of 2020 for production.
